Job Description
The Residential Interior Project Manager is responsible for the comprehensive management of residential interior design and fit-out projects from inception to completion. The role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved designs, quality standards, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor residential interior projects through all project phases
Coordinate with designers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and site teams (Spatially Supervisors)
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Oversee site activities to ensure quality workmanship, safety compliance, and adherence to specifications
Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews
Manage procurement, material approvals, and vendor performance
Identify project risks and implement corrective actions as required
