Residential Support Worker Full Time/Permanent: Full-time, permanent Unqualified Salary: £33,349.58 with sleep in shifts. Qualified Salary (Level 3/4): Earning up to £35,935.36 with sleep in shifts. Budwood, a part of Polaris Community, are a local business providing Residential Care and Support to children and young people with emotional behavioural difficulties as well as social and emotional mental health.
