Support Workers – West Drayton
Rolling rota | 24‑hour shifts | NVQ Level 3 required | Weekly Pay + Night Supplement
We are recruiting experienced Support Workers to join a passionate team in West Drayton, providing round‑the‑clock support across semi‑independent homes for young people aged 16 to 25.
Requirements
- Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care / Children & Young People
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a children's residential or semi‑independent setting
- Full Right to Work in UK – NO SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE
Shift Patterns
- Thursday & Friday: 24‑hour shifts (9am–9am) OR Saturday & Sunday: 24‑hour activity‑focused shifts (9am–9am)
- Rolling rota pattern
- Resident Curfew is 11pm; residents do not have key access and must be accompanied when leaving
