There is a significant expansion opportunity to scale the resort from 10 rooms to 20–25+ keys, and to build out a full wellness programme — spa, treatments, and retreat offerings — that becomes a core part of the experience and a major new revenue stream. You will report directly to the founders, with the autonomy and visibility to shape both the day-to-day operation and the growth of the property from the ground up.
