Resource Base Teaching Assistant

We’re looking for friendly, adaptable SEN Teaching Assistants to support welcoming primary schools across central Bristol. Whether you’re after one day a week or a few flexible shifts around childcare, studies, or other commitments, we’ll help find something that works for you.

You’ll be supporting children with additional needs in the classroom, helping them feel settled, supported, and ready to learn. No two days are the same, but that’s half the fun. One day you could be helping a pupil build confidence with phonics, the next you’re celebrating a breakthrough moment that’s taken weeks to reach.
