Resource Geology Supervisor (Dobie)

Overview

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE: Reporting to the Geology General Supervisor, you will be part of the Geology Department. You will lead the development and stewardship of the geological resource model and associated data systems for the Upper Beaver Project. You will play a key role in the development, compliance, and evolution of geological models and resource estimates. You are curious, methodical and a robust communicator. This role establishes the resource geology function from the ground up, building processes, teams, and tools to deliver reliable models, grade control frameworks, and reconciliation practices that support the transition from exploration to production. You will oversee database management, QA/QC, 3D modelling, interpolation, geometallurgy to produce high‑quality mineral resources using industry best practices.
