Take on a pivotal role with Oxfam as a Resource Mobilization Advisor in Lima, Peru. This 12-month mandate focuses on bolstering gender equality initiatives through innovative funding strategies.
In collaboration with Oxfam’s local team, you will enhance the capacity of partner organizations to improve access to funding opportunities. Develop participatory methodologies, analyze donor mappings, and co-create funding proposals aligned with Oxfam’s program priorities. Your efforts will significantly contribute to the advancement of women's leadership initiatives in Peru.
