We currently have a vacancy for the Global Restructuring team, positioned within our Central Resource Management team based in Cape Town. The role focuses on data accuracy, reporting, and operational support to enable efficient workforce planning.

Responsibilities Ensure all resourcing data is accurately maintained within Napta, the firm’s resourcing platform. Perform regular data validation checks to ensure consistency with internal policies and processes. Maintain up-to-date skills and experience data across systems, supporting transition from Excel‑based trackers to Napta. Identify and flag missing or inconsistent data, working with Resource Managers and stakeholders to resolve issues.
