**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
As our Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP), you will be a vital clinical professional, dedicated to providing high-quality respiratory care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric critical care patients.
Every day, under medical and departmental direction, you'll deliver essential respiratory care per physician orders and policies. You'll ensure critical care services are met, meticulously manage equipment, and adapt care plans to optimize patient outcomes.
To be successful, you'll combine strong clinical expertise, meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication, and a compassionate approach, directly contributing to healing and recovery in critical care.
+ Demonstrates knowledge regarding infant, pediatric and adult pulmonary disease processes and appropriate respiratory care interventions.
+ Demonstrates knowledge of applicable ventilator modalities and applications in the acute and sub-acute settings.
