Mission Key

Mission of the Store Manager is to successfully lead the Store by ensuring that all standards in terms of performance, processes and team management are compliant with FENDI values and guidelines. The Store Manager will be responsible for the business development and targets achievement by building up a loyal client base through the promotion of FENDI history, craftmanship, quality of materials and creativity.

Main Responsibilities

• Monitor and achieve store performance with relevant KPIs
• Assist in the selling process
• Conduct a brief every day and animate the brief with a “Team Board”
• Analyse the business, propose, and implement action plans to improve results, generate sales for each product category also by promoting cross-selling
• Demonstrate sales leadership for staff and set performance targets for team and individual with relevant KPIs
