We are partnering with a fast growing Australian fintech lender operating in the consumer personal loans space to appoint a Responsible Manager (ACL) into a senior, cross functional leadership role.

This is not a traditional compliance only appointment. The business is looking for a commercially minded Responsible Manager who can operate at the intersection of credit decisioning, underwriting, compliance, and growth.

This role will sit directly across marketing, operations, and credit, and will report into the CEO/Managing Director. It is designed for someone who is comfortable being hands on in the business, not just setting frameworks from the side.
