Job Profile Summary
PURPOSE OF JOB
- Responsible for the organization and operational follow-up of the beach/ gourmet lounge area (Bar, Restaurant, Grocery store/ Cellar and kitchen) and its optimization to deliver the defined service.
- Responsible for customer satisfaction and the achievement of business objectives.
- Shall develop skills and provide training for its teams.
