What you'd actually do
- Run the floor. Touch every station. Make sure the place is ready when the doors open.
- Hire the right people, coach them, and build a team that wants to stay.
- Own the numbers labor, food cost, schedules, P&L.
- Keep the place clean, safe, and inspection-ready every single day.
