Restoration Supervisor – SERVPRO of North Pensacola

As the front‑line representative of the SERVPRO® brand, the Restoration Supervisor coordinates, monitors, and performs work activities on projects to fulfil service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform scheduled production processes and ensure quality control.
• Manage customer & client experience, tracking satisfaction via online reviews.
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
• Document detailed and accurate job files to support the services provided.
• Manage labor and consumable usage on assigned projects.
• Communicate with the restoration project manager and office staff regarding project progress and issues.
• Communicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safety.
• Protect and properly use equipment and materials.
