The Retail Incentives & Alfa Romeo Operational Lead will support the day-to-day operations of FCA Canada’s incentive team as well as the Alfa Romeo Brand. The successful candidate will use their strong analytical and communication skills to support strategy development, competitive reporting, execution of incentive actions including the Advantage Plan Program within the Canadian Market, along with leading and coordinating the Alfa Romeo go to market strategies including dealer meetings, website, CRM and Tier III regional marketing.

Primary responsibilities of the Retail Incentives & Alfa Romeo Operational Lead:
Lead all aspects of the Canada Advantage Plan Program including the transformation to on-line sales. – Represents approx. 16,000 Sales annually

Lead and coordinate the Alfa Romeo Brand go to market strategies including dealer meetings, website, CRM and Tier III regional marketing.
