Retail Operations Manager

Job Description :

• Organize and manage all offline stores operations performance to achieve the given target (sales/revenue and team productivity, operations performance, security, store display, customer services & hospitality)
• Responsible in optimizing the store management and staff allocation and hiring within the department and to supervise/guide offline store team towards maximum performance
• Keep update of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store (system, procedure and services)
• Organizing the supply chain operations and ensure healthy inventory are in placed to gain maximum sales performance
• Responsible to prevent stock loss within the stores
• Prepare and control the store’s budget and P&L in aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency and also optimized profitability
