Retail Performance Controller

Location: Singapore Regional Office Function: Controlling Team: Region Line Manager: Regional Store Sales Controller KPIs: Store Operational Metrics (i.e. Takt 1, Visitor Takt, Salaries %)

As a Retail Performance Controller , you will play a key role in elevating store performance across the region by leading comprehensive KPI analytics, P&L reviews, and operational efficiency assessments. You will partner closely with Store Teams to provide clear, actionable insights that strengthen commercial decision‑making, highlight operational risks, and drive continuous improvement. In this role, you will also develop performance narratives and data‑driven staffing efficiency recommendations that support sustainable, profitable growth across the retail network.
