Responsible for the attainment of sales target of assigned concession stores through effective management of manpower, inventory, merchandise and operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitors the weekly sales achievement of assigned stores to ensure that sales accomplishment for the month
- Prepares and effectively analyzes Sales reports of assigned stores, assesses feedback and understands sales trend to recommend solutions
- Ensures that stores have enough efficient sales personnel by constantly coordinating with SA-HRs
- Ensures that assigned stores have accurate inventory by analyzing product performance and establishes right merchandise mix per store
- Conducts weekly office day with Sales Promos
- Performs other related tasks as instructed by immediate head
