Responsibilities
- Sales & Production Alignment (Strategic): Ensure at least 70% of total production (eggs) is channeled through retail stores and mobile outlets.
- Work closely with Production Planning to align output with store demand and seasonal trends.
- Develop sales initiatives, promotions, and bundling strategies to push retail volume.
Revenue & Growth
- Drive sales performance across all outlets to meet monthly and annual targets.
- Grow same store sales while managing the profitability of each outlet.
- Launch and scale mobile retail units as a growth channel.
Operations Excellence
- Standardize SOPs across stores and ensure operational efficiency.
- Oversee inventory control, shrinkage management, and proper handling of fresh produce.
- Implement best practices for merchandising and customer‑facing displays.
