RETAIL STORE MANAGER

• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Complete store operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Managing budgets and maintaining statistical & financial records
• Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints
• Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff

Qualification
