What You’ll Do As a Store Leader
- Oversee all aspects of the store, from leading a team of assistant store leaders, team leads and advisors to partnering with all areas of the business and vendors.
- Motivate, coach, develop and inspire your team to help customers find the perfect product or service.
- Cultivate an inclusive team and learning culture while having fun.
- Oversee store KPIs (revenue, merchandising standards, inventory health, health and safety).
- Maintain a healthy profit and loss.
