Responsibilities
- Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the Stonehenge retail operation, supporting and working closely with the Retail Manager and the Retail Supervisor team.
- Lead and support a team to ensure visitors receive the highest standards of customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, legal, and English Heritage policies throughout all retail activities.
- Manage retail operations during weekends and Bank Holidays, in accordance with shift patterns.
