Responsibilities

• Motivate others and keep energy high in a fast‑paced environment.
• Support the management team with day‑to‑day running of the store.
• Drive sales and deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain store appearance; keep shelves stocked.
• Help reduce shrinkage and till errors.
• Assist team members to develop and improve their skills.
• Carry out piercing services if required (training provided).

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast‑pace high street retailer preferred.
• Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators; including sales, profit and service.
