Role Description
- Manage the day-to-day business operations of the retail store;
- Perform roster planning and other administrative duties;
- Perform daily line-check to ensure consistency of our corporate branding and store image;
- Supervise and conduct On-The-Job Training for new staff;
- Performance Management;
- Handle and resolve staff issues / grievances;
- Perform cashiering function / Counter closing / Banking in of sales proceeds;
