Retail Talent Acquisition Lead

Makro. PH is looking for a Talent Acquisition Supervisor in Metro Manila who will manage the full recruitment process for retail positions including store-level, warehouse, and support office roles. This role requires strong leadership in supervising the recruitment team and delivering a positive candidate experience. A qualified candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and a proven background in high-volume recruitment, preferably in retail, coupled with skills in ATS and HRIS.
