Job Description
Readiness to the role as per the Retirement career path / skill blocks
Spent at least 80% of target client hours in a 'scrutineer' role.
Role model for junior colleagues in 'scrutineer' behaviours, following all required calculation processes and promoting full adherence to QRC guidance
Build and develop relationships with key UK colleagues and seek out opportunities to present work to them.
Lead project kick off effectively. Plan out the required work, setting appropriate review points and milestones to monitor progress.
Full responsibilities to review big projects & manage delivery independently.
