Overview
Position: Retrofit Coordinator
Organization: EnviroCentre
Location: Ottawa, National Capital Region (must reside in the Ottawa area; some in-person work and meetings).
Responsibilities
- Liaise with Registered Energy Advisors, installation contractors and field staff to ensure work is completed in accordance with program requirements, standards, and timelines.
- Collaborate with Registered Energy Advisors and installation contractors to troubleshoot site challenges and workplan discrepancies.
- Carry out regular site visits to ensure installation and audit standards are met; provide feedback and negotiate prescriptive work order changes as required.
- Provide the Director of Energy Affordability Programs and Technical Manager with relevant information, including reporting and tracking.
- Track, report, and resolve invoice discrepancies between insulation contractors and create workplans.
