**A Snapshot of Your Day**
The Retrofits and QEHS Analyst role in North America is responsible for consolidating, analyzing and providing an overview of the readiness and execution of the critical and non-critical retrofits and Quality/Health and Safety alerts required to be implemented in the windfarms under service contract.
In addition, enabling the organization to make informed decisions to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities that arise relevant to these projects.
The role will work in coordination with Resource Management Planners, Supply Chain Management, Field Operations, Finance, amongst others.
**How You'll Make an Impact**
- Supervise Retrofits and QEHS execution vs plan at a region level, both at a scope completion and financial perspective and analyze deviations.
- Develop and maintain an overview of the Key Performance Indicators within this area in support of global and regional targets.
