Shine is seeking a People Business Partner – Revenue Organization in Las Rozas, Madrid. This role involves collaborating with revenue leaders to enhance team performance and organizational effectiveness while utilizing a data-driven approach.

Responsibilities include supporting change initiatives, driving engagement, and applying frameworks for career leveling and compensation. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of HR Business Partnering experience, strong business acumen, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Remote work options are available twice a week with regular travel required.
