Revenue Manager

The Revenue Manager is responsible for maximizing total hotel revenue through strategic pricing analysis, inventory control, and the implementation of effective revenue management strategies.The primary objective is to optimize the hotel's profitability by managing market segmentation, demand forecasting, inventory availability, and strategic partnerships with distribution channels.
**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement short-, medium-, and long-term revenue strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Analyze historical data, current demand, and market trends to forecast occupancy and set dynamic pricing.
- Manage the revenue management system (RMS) and electronic distribution channels (OTAs, GDS, website, etc.).
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports (RevPAR, ADR, OCC, etc.) and present insights and recommendations to management.
