Job Overview
Vena’s GTM engine is scaling in complexity. The role leads the transformation of how Vena goes to market, designing, building, and operationalizing AI-enabled workflows that turn signals into action, while ensuring governance, measurement, and adoption across GTM teams. The successful candidate will change the way our GTM operates through more impactful AI use, efficiency across GTM, and scalability across the entire selling journey.
Responsibilities
- Drive greater efficiency and scalability through the design and implementation of workflows that connect GTM signals to outcomes, replacing manual processes with standard, measurable operating patterns.
- Lead signal-driven lead/account qualification and routing with clear SLAs and exception handling.
