Responsibilities
- Execute accurate commission calculations for more than 100 sales representatives, ensure appropriate settings in our commission management tool, and maintain up-to-date quota attainment records.
- Manage commission contracts and be the first point of contact for sales team inquiries.
- Support the design and rollout of annual compensation plans in collaboration with Sales Leadership and our Legal department.
- Design, refine, and manage operational workflows across Sales teams and Customer Success teams to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
