RF, Satellite Systems & Software Integration and Test Team Lead

We're supporting a leading space technology company in the search for an RF, Satellite Systems & Software Team Lead to take ownership of the final verification phase of satellite production.

This role sits at the critical point where integrated spacecraft are tested, validated, and proven ready for flight. Leading a multidisciplinary team across RF, systems, and software, you'll be responsible for satellite-level verification, RF testing and characterization, software validation, troubleshooting, and ensuring every satellite meets the highest quality and performance standards before shipment.
