Rigging Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate all rigging, lifting, and material handling activities on-site, ensuring safe, efficient, and quality execution in compliance with project specifications and HSE standards. Oversee rigging teams, equipment, and resources while liaising with clients, contractors, and other departments to meet project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise erection activities of steel structures, equipment, and piping spools using cranes; oversee lifting, transportation, and material handling.
• Obtain and comply with Permit to Work for all assigned activities.
• Read, interpret, and follow method statements, specifications, rigging plans, load charts, and related project documentation.
• Coordinate with Rigging Superintendent and other departments to ensure smooth workflow on site.
• Plan and organize construction activities to ensure productivity, quality, and safety.
