About the Role

This position has a hybrid work arrangement. On average, this means 1‑2 days on‑site per week. Please note that this is subject to change due to business priorities. As ATB’s next Risk Manager – Policy, Frameworks and Reporting, you would be responsible for drafting and revising policies and frameworks, keeping them current with evolving regulatory requirements and internal risk appetite, and managing a structured review and update cycle to ensure documentation remains accurate and fit for purpose. In addition to policy development, this role supports risk reporting for the Second Line operational risk and compliance function, including Key Risk Indicator (KRI) monitoring and the preparation of materials that support committee and senior leadership reporting cycles.
