Risk Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Monitoring : Monitor the performance of the company's loan portfolio through various credit, Risk and collection metrics. Provide insight to the business and credit team on the risk and opportunities at the right time with sharp data analysis
• Risk Dashboard - Prepare and present action items through monthly Risk Dashboard for CEO’s monthly performance review
• Loss Models- Work with Finance team on various Loss projection models and arrive at more realistic ECL provisioning
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as credit, Risk analytics, underwriting, and collections, to ensure effective risk management across the organization.
• Regulatory Compliance : Stay updated on relevant regulations and guidelines governing NBFC operations and ensure that the company's risk management practices adhere to these standards
