Risk Specialist Japanese , DPS

Amazon seeks an experienced investigator to be part of a centralized Denied Party Screening team (DPS). The Risk Specialist focuses on accomplishing production goals and works closely with Operations Management to authenticate and make determinations on customers and complex transactions. Decisions are made independently and with a high degree of accuracy following standard operating procedures.

This position performs a 1st‑level review function of escalation decisions from the screening system, assists with responding to audits and outside inquiries, and offers guidance and support for investigators and other operations team members working on denied entities, lists, and sanctions compliance investigations.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Investigate denied entities/lists and sanctions potential matches that arise from Amazon’s screening solution to support various business units.
• Participate in ongoing customer due diligence and KYC.
