RN Clinic

The Clinic RN provides comprehensive clinical nursing care, including assessments, administering medications, and treatments per provider orders, triage patient communications, and deliver interventions aligned with individualized care plans. This role will collaborate with providers and the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, and review participant-centered care plans. This position also coordinates participant care by communicating changes in condition, supporting smooth transitions post-visit, and educating participants, families, and caregivers on chronic disease management. The clinic RN will review contracted and internal provider documentation to reconcile orders, medication changes, and follow-up needs.

Education

Graduated from an accredited school of nursing is required.

Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
