Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Department: Cardiovascular Unit
- Shift Timings: 18:30- 07:00 Hours from Monday to friday. (3 Days/12 Hours)
- Per Week:36 Hours
- Cardiovascular and general intensive care population Nurse to pt ratio 1-2:1, 3:1 critical staffing Need BLS, ACLS
- Experience Required: 2 Years
Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor patient care plans.
- Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
