Road Maintenance Supervisor

About the Role

We’re seeking a hands-on and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to lead roading maintenance activities across our contract.

In this role, you’ll oversee a small team and be responsible for planning and coordinating weekly work programmes, allocating resources, and ensuring all activities are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. You’ll also manage subcontractors, monitor performance, respond to incidents, and maintain fleet and plant.

A key part of your success will be your ability to build strong client relationships, maintain consistent service delivery, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
