Job Summary
C.R. England is hiring for a Road Service Agent (RSA) to assist with Road Service Operations and support fleets assigned to their watch. The role involves regularly updating department leaders and operations groups, making well‑educated decisions on particular cases, and acting as the primary contact between the RS Department and Operations. The RSA interacts with the Operations Group, service providers, drivers, vendors, the RS management team, and HR in Mexico.
ScheduleWork 4 days a week and rest 4 days (4×4). Day shift, 7 AM to 7 PM.
Responsibilities- Oversee mechanical breakdowns
- Make outbound and take inbound phone calls
- Coordinate and schedule service, providing drivers with accurate start and completion times
- Ensure drivers receive the support needed daily
- Resolve conflict in a professional manner
- Provide solutions to problems in a timely manner
