Job Title: Roadworker 3 - LGV Driver / Hyab Lorry Driver
Location: Bridgend
Hours: Full-time (37 Hours), Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: £13.26 Per Hour
About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and reliable Roadworker 3 / LGV Driver to join our Highways team to provide temporary sickness cover. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering minor highway construction and maintenance works including road surfacing, groundworks, drainage, kerbing, footways, and winter maintenance. You'll be working as part of a dedicated team committed to keeping our roads safe and well maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate individual teams in the delivery of minor highway construction and maintenance work instructions
Operate specialist equipment and machinery including scarifiers, mechanical rollers, hot box, road saws, dumper trucks, mini excavators, and Hyab lorries
