Overview
AECOM is hiring a Roadway Contract Administrator for a full-time role based in Markham, Mississauga, Toronto, Sault Ste. Marie, Barrie, North Bay, or Sudbury, ON. This is a newly created position that will begin as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Management team in reviewing and implementing RFIs and change orders.
- Review project costs and scheduling to ensure completion within budget and in conformance with specifications.
- Work with document control systems, project management systems, and other software or databases to keep information flow up-to-date and accurate.
- Attend meetings and report on project tasks as needed.
- Monitor design changes, contractor and subcontractor activities and progress.
