**:**Your responsibilities**:- Monitor the Connected Services Portal and Follow up with Customer.
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (Dispatch, Application Engineer, or Robot Factory) and provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their Robotics systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
