Purpose of the Job:
- To lead a team to perform bogie removal and installation and to perform traction motor refurbishment activity if required for a project metropolis trains.
- Complete the removal and installation of the bogie for 50 trains and to perform traction motor refurbishment activity if required as per the scheduled timeline.
- Issue progress reports.
- Follow up traction motor retrofit operations.
- Report & register any deviation (failure/event) to the RSK Lead Engineer.
- Using Traction motor test bench to perform the tests required after bearing replacement.
- Lead and supervise team of technicians for removal and installation of the bogie.
- Ensure good information flow about interventions & operations within retrofit to support shift transition.
