We are currently recruiting for an experienced Roofer to join a well-established social housing contractor covering the Hastings area.
This is a permanent opportunity for a skilled roofer with experience carrying out repairs and maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties. The role offers a varied workload, working across a range of roofing repairs while also undertaking associated maintenance tasks when required.
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out a variety of roofing repairs and maintenance works
Working on both occupied and void social housing properties
Completing minor associated works such as guttering, fascia/soffit repairs and basic carpentry
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety requirements
