Responsibilities
- To gather and authorize the Floor Opener and Space Report from the Housekeeping office and return them at the end of the change.
- To cleanse each guest space and bathroom extensively. Make the necessary plans in visitor rooms and renew visitor materials.
- To inspect all facilities, furniture and fixtures and report any damage to the Group Leader for action and follow-up.
- To provide a Transform Down solution according to the standard needed by the resort.
- To take care of guest requests and questions promptly during duty.
- To fill the space record appropriately noting the space status and the time cleaned.
- To report to the Team Leader any uncommon occurrences, grievances, unauthorized individuals in guest rooms, missing or damaged hotel buildings, a...
