Key Responsibilities:
• Create and execute a long-term eCommerce strategy
• Lead data-driven decision-making and digital marketing

• Manage partnerships for expansive eCommerce reach
• Ensure service quality across all digital touchpoints
Requirements:
• 15+ years in retail eCommerce or digital leadership
• Track record of managing multi-million-dollar P&Ls
• Deep understanding of digital marketing tools
