JOB SUMMARY  

ROPA/SCR Processor handles the processing of ROPA and SCR accounts being booked at Acquired Assets Operations Department. 

JOB DESCRIPTION  

Reviews and verifies completeness of documents received from the originating unit (Petition for Foreclosure, Sheriff’s Notice of Auction Sale, Approval of Bid Price, Affidavit of Publication, photocopy of OCT/TCT/CCT, Tax Declaration, Latest Real Estate Tax Receipt, TIN of previous owner, latest Insurance Policy, latest Appraisal Report, Real Estate Mortgage, CIS, CPM/OM, Certificate of Sale/Dacion en Pago Agreement and other related documents). 
Prepares Documentary Deficiency Report for CDR reporting for those accounts with incomplete documents. 
Confirms Book Value of ROPA from Loans Operations Department.
