Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Rope Access Technician is responsible for performing exterior building maintenance on high-rise buildings and other elevated structures, with a primary focus on window cleaning and window caulking services. This role involves accessing buildings using rope access techniques to deliver high-quality glazing maintenance, including removal and replacement of window caulking, sealing, and exterior glass cleaning.
